Before & After Transformation: Updating a thriving town and village.
The official website for the town and village of Victor, NY was in desperate need of a re-design to create a new brand ID, harness a massive amount of content, overhaul the site structure and graphics as well as incorporate contemporary best practices.

The existing site relied heavily on images which hurt organic SEO. There were outdated feathered edges and oval masks applied to sub-par photography. The site was overly dark with a forest green theme that really made the aesthetic feel 'heavy' and 'old'. Content formatting was lacking design thought and visual prioritization.

The new design was much more inviting and friendly. The logo was redesigned to speak to the vitality of the region. Vibrant accent colors were deployed throughout the site, but overall, the site was brighter, faster and cleaner than the old design. A great deal of high-quality imagery was used to communicate the variety of the region's characteristics. The new site design was also easier to maintain and achieve organic SEO results, thanks to more plain text and relevant content. End
